Exercise After a C-Section
One of the most depressing moments in my life was trying to get back into shape after my first c-section. My excess belly fat made me feel ugly and depressed.
Every day I realized that in order to get rid of the big belly and look better I needed to get serious and do something. Nursing my baby did help but that clearly wasn’t enough. I knew I needed to exercise.
Having a c-section really takes it out of your body so coping with my own recovery and the added challenge of caring for my new baby 7/24 left little time for taking care of me, let alone doing exercise.
