If you’ve recently had a c-section you’re probably feeling a little out of shape and unattractive so it’s no wonder you might be  anxious to get back into shape and rid that ugly belly flap forever, however doing crunches and sit ups as your after c-section exercise regimen could do you more harm than good.

Sit ups for women after a c-section are not always recommended.
