About
Dear Friend,
My name is Elizabeth and it brings me great pleasure to have created this website and ebook ‘A Worry Free C-Section‘.
Let me start by giving you a little background on how I founded this website.
I am NOT a doctor. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and background in journalism. My one true love is writing so I’ve chosen to devote myself to writing in a manner that would help others.
So I’m here today writing to you about one of the most important events in a woman’s life (mine included), the birth of her child.
Childbirth is one of the great miracles in life but, as I have experienced myself, it can also be one of the scariest moments as well . ..particularly if you are told you must have a C-Section.
There are a range of emotions and thoughts that can take a wonderful moment and fill it with fear and anxiety.
But it doesn’t have to be that way.
After careful research, study and figuring out how I could have done things differently I’ve taken special interest in helping guide other women through a more rewarding and worry free c-section experience.
Whether your c-section is planned or comes as a surprise, I’d like to help it be as momentous as possible by informing, educating and familiarizing you with the physical and emotional aspects of preparing, having and recovering from a c-section.
But most of all I’d like to help you be prepared and offer the support you need.
My Sincerest Wishes for a healthy and happy birth experience.
Elizabeth

The purpose of the Worry Free C-Section and blog is to explore the many ways to help women work through having and recovery safely from a c-section.
The articles, product reviews and content contained on this site may also contain affiliate links, these are links that pay me money when I refer readers to other sites and products. Any product reviews that I conduct, whether paid or unpaid, will always reflect the same thought and consideration and are not influenced by the amount of compensation I receive.
Please also note that the content, links or advertising space made may not always be identified as paid or sponsored content.
To that end, I always give my honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. The views and opinions expressed on this blog are purely my own. I would never suggest or promote a product or service that I would not use myself. That would be risking my reader’s trust and loyalty which is of utmost importance to me.
The affiliate links and compensation I receive have merely allowed me to maintain a career from a topic I am passionate about while providing my readers with the information they enjoy and use at no cost to them.
